SHIPPING: We ship UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail to USA Customers. If you need to use a different shipping method, please contact us.

INTERNATIONAL Orders: Due to the difficulty with all the different customs rules througout the world, it is hard for us to calculate import duties and taxes that your country may charge. So to reduce complaints from customers, we are not allowing international orders through the website. Please email us and we can try to get you a quote.

SHIPPING TIMES: We get most orders out within a few days after you place your order. Occasionally, we get swamped and it can take up to 2 weeks to send your shipment. We will try to notify you if there is a delay and also we try to keep the website updated daily to refelct stock levels on hand. Please know that we really care about our customers and we do ship with pride. Though we have the very best intentions, we are half human and have to known to blotch things up from time to time.

TRACKING: UPS shipments are provided with fantastic tracking information for our customers. If you haven’t received tracking information within a few days after you placed your order, please contact us so we can check it out. Sometimes we incorrectly input email addresses and your tracking info may not get to you, we are not the best at typing. USPS does not offer tracking service. They will record reception of your package at their hub and there will not be any transit info until it is dropped off at your door.

YOUR INFORMATION: We don’t keep your information and we do not even build a database so your info is protected. If you place a phone order, we will take down your credit card info and destroy it right after it is processed.

RETURNS: If there is a problem with your order, you may return any items in unridden or unused condition within 30 days of your transaction date. We will issue a full refund or exchange less shipping costs. YOU MUST notify us by email that your package is being returned so we can look for it.

EMAILS: Please send us an email if you have any questions or need some more info before placing your order. We do our best to return all emails as fast as possible but we do receive an amazing amount of correspondence and sometimes our spam filter is working overtime. So if you don’t here back from us within a day or two, we may have lost it so please resend it.
